Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and track sales orders ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and uptodate customer information.

Inform customer about the status of the order and delivery:

  • Upsell and promote company products with customers
  • 2+ years experience is Sales Coordination / After sales
  • Working knowledge of any ERP /CRM software
  • Excellent English communication skills and presentable

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Experience:

- sales order management: 2 years (required)
