    Job Responsibilities:
    – To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery.– Analyse customer queries behaviour and trends to identify the improvement areas for the company.– Conducting product promotion to existing and potential customers.– Maintain proper documentation of complaint / request record.– Resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems over emails and phone calls.– Identifying/Escalating priority issues and reporting to the higher-level management.– Routing inbound calls to appropriate resources.


    Job Requirements:
    – Excellent communication skills.– Has interest in recent technology.– Experience in SAP ERP will be an advantage.– Fluency of English/Arabic/Malayalam/Hindi.– Strong leadership Capability and ability to work under pressure.– Very Flexible and can adapt to any change.– 2-3 years of experience in Logistics Customer Service & Documentation.
