- Quickly assess and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition or injury.
- Perform thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessment findings, medical orders, and established protocols.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Participate in code blue and rapid response teams to provide immediate care during emergencies.
- Assist in the evaluation and management of trauma patients, including advanced life support.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- UAE nursing license or DHA license is required.
- Previous experience in emergency nursing is strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in nursing procedures and techniques.
- Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and compassion toward patients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards.
