Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ER Nurse to join our emergency department team. The ER Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with various medical conditions, injuries, and emergencies.

This role requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to providing compassionate and timely patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly assess and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition or injury.
• Perform thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessment findings, medical orders, and established protocols.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
• Participate in code blue and rapid response teams to provide immediate care during emergencies.
• Assist in the evaluation and management of trauma patients, including advanced life support.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.

Medical Records:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated and efficient care.

Professional Development:
Stay updated on best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and emergency care advancements through ongoing education and training. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• UAE nursing license or DHA license is required.
• Previous experience in emergency nursing is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in nursing procedures and techniques.
• Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy and compassion toward patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in high-stress situations.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
