Provide high‑level executive support to the President & CEO, managing calendars, priorities, confidential topics, and communication flows with discretion.
Coordinate senior management and ExCom meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, follow‑ups, and maintenance of relevant records and calendars.
Manage and organize internal corporate events, town halls, key CEO‑led meetings, VIP visits, and cross‑regional itineraries, ensuring professional execution.
Implement internal communication activities from the CEO Office, creating and distributing content across channels such as intranet, newsletters, and digital signage.
Prepare, refine, and format executive‑level presentations, reports, and documentation with high attention to detail.
Act as a central point of contact for leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and professional representation of the CEO Office.
Support audits, office administration, process improvements, and general governance tasks as needed.
- Experience providing Executive Assistant support at board or senior leadership level.
- Experience handling confidential information and managing sensitive communication topics.
- Experience in internal communications and content management across platforms such as corporate intranet and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently at executive level.
- High organisational capability with strong prioritisation and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills combined with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and support complex, fast‑moving topics.
- Advanced skills in preparing executive‑level documents and presentations
- Fluency in English is a must
- German, Arabic and other additional languages are beneficial
