A russian speaking team leader for a real estate company is required

IMEX Real Estate - is one of the leading international real estate company headquartered in prestigious areas of Dubai.

IMEX is having a wide portfolio of properties and clientele and considered the only Russian organization exclusively presenting DLD and such developers as:
Emaar, Dubai Properties, Meraas and many others.


ROLE

Job requirements:
- ability to gather a team of real estate brokers and agents
- knowledge of Russian, English (Arabic preferably)
- maintaining good relations with main developers of Dubai and UAE
- ability to monitor the existing and upcoming real estate projects -participation in events of Dubai real estate
- ability to systemize the leads coming to the company and their correct division between the agents in the team
- reporting the closed deals
- coordination of lead generation with the marketer
- driving license

  • RERA card (preferably)
