We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team.

Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately entering lead information and updating records in our CRM database.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for our web design services.
Schedule and book appointments for strategy meetings to present our services and discuss client needs.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of lead interactions and outcomes in our CRM database.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and offer assistance as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate the value of our services.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Basic knowledge of web design services is a plus.

Education:

No need for a formal degree, we believe in practical experience.
