    Description

    Candidate Profile Expected qualifications:
    Msc Degree in HSE or engineering degree in electrical, risk analysis or in a related field


    Technical skills:
    Ideally 2-5 years experience involving at least 1 year in HSE

    Good knowledge in HSE + electrical and/or mechanical


    Computing skills:
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Develop relevant HSE procedures and templates based on company procedures
    • Support the HSE Manager, technical and operations managers in their HSE responsibilities for the region
    • Ensure compliance by all project contractors to relevant legislation and Group HSE requirements, with the full support of project managers
    • Qualify new contractors on HSE point of view. Make sure HSE performance of contractors is reviewed after each project
    • Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements
    • Conduct frequent and regular inspections of both construction sites and maintenance operations to check compliance to HSE plan and procedures
    • Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects, including design review
    • Monitor implementation of environmental mitigation measures during construction and O&M phases
    • Assist Project Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendations & corrective actions
    • Investigations of incidents, and issue related HSE reports
    • Ensure proper HSE training of staff, organize HSE promotion events such as World Day for Safety & Environment
    • Collect relevant information and report H3SE data. Context & EnvironmentThe selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and will be granted an accommodation allowance .
