• Degree holder preferably in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years related experience in FM business
• Proven success in sales ability and demonstrate full knowledge of the sales process
• Confident negotiator and ability to "close a deal"
• Strong client management skills
• Market Knowledge & Intelligence
• Presentation and communication skills (oral, written, and email)
• Positive and determined approach to analyzing new business opportunities.
• Ability to price a contract and put up proposals will be an added advantage
• Should be capable of formulating a Business Development plan and with projections of new business
• Should have a good knowledge about FM products and service delivery methodologies
• Should be capable to initiate, develop and nurture relationship with clients
• Should be good in MIS for Business Development Department
• Holder of UAE driving license preferred
• Open for ANY NATIONALITIES.
• Salary ranges from 40K - 45K total package plus other benefits (family medical, education, airfare et al).
