The Job Description paragraph Ensuring all crew certification is always complete and valid as per Legal and other requirement Plan and arrange crew changes mobilization Demobilization for all crew on assigned vessels according to Company procedure and client requirement using cost effective and convenient travel methods Maintaining offshore crew rotation source offshore crew when required to fill positions Post hiring of all offshore employees ensure that necessary paperwork is completed facilitated accordingly Maintain the record of related cost for vessel under Company management Preparing Weekly manpower reports based on requirementsQualifications
- Should be a graduate preferably in HR.
- Should have good knowledge in STCW conventions.
- At least UAE years experience in similar Industry is a must
