We are now looking for
Key Accounts Manager (KAM)to our Sales Team to work directly with customer interface, estimates, proposals, bids and negotiations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.


Reports To
The
Key Accounts Manager (KAM) reports to the Head of Sales.


Job Overview
The Key Account Managers is responsible for nominated Clients' interface management and Proposals Lead for Major key sales cases. The portfolio is foreseen to be at level of MAED 50+.


In your role you will be actively taking care of nominated Key Accounts, prepare and present materials for Go / No-Go for decision making by the Management, prepare Expressions of Interest responses, prepare and present Bid Review materials for decision making by the Management.

You will co-operate efficiently with Delivery organization to prepare high quality estimates, technical and commercial proposals.


You should have a desire to work on multi discipline, local as well overseas, sales cases and be able to drive sales goals by working in high efficient and target oriented sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties
- seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers

  • Ensure profitable business growth in nominated key accounts.
  • Run Customer Mapping workshops on monthly basis with Management.
  • Further develop and grow the business in nominated key accounts (considerable business impact).
  • Manage excellent client relationship of nominated key account.
  • Lead own sales activities according to set specific targets and plans.
  • Coordinate the key account sales (team), and ensure Rejlers level business development activities towards the key customer.
  • Build strategic vision and action plan for business growth and client relationship management.
  • Engage with client's middle and top management accordingly to the client relationship plan.
  • Drive professional sales planning and management.
  • Participate actively in Proposal Preparation, Cost estimation & Bid review with Management for own sales cases.
  • Cooperate with other engineering disciplines, customers and subcontractors locally or overseas.

- ensure to deliver tasks and duties with agreed schedule, quality, cost and hourly expenditure

  • For new Customers and cases, GO/NO GO reviews and decisions with management.
  • Market Study for new regions together with Outside Head of Sales Manager.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of the engineering deliverables for the discipline
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Energy and Environmental objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering
    with min. 10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years in Oil & Gas industry engineering and/or construction sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of Multidiscipline Engineering Business is mandatory
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Sales Process & Sales Cycle
  • Capable to carry out a detailed analysis of the RFQ.
  • Able to analyses technical components on the RFQ and capable of writing the technically sound proposal.
  • Should have good experience of preparation of the bids, prepare pricing and present the bid for management review and thereafter submission
  • Hands on experience in contracts with ability to Identify commercial, legal and costs risks
  • Good verbal as well written communication skills, coordination, analytic and proactive approach competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy/Decarbonization, Digital Solutions and Chemical Industries
  • Understanding of confidentiality of the sales activities
  • Willingness to overcome challenges and pressure during peak of activities
