As a Culinary Coordinator you are responsible to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential to ensure smooth operation of the Culinary department.


What will I be doing?
As a Culinary Coordinator, you are responsible for you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the culinary team members, chefs, and kitchen staff.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining and organizing culinary department records, which may include recipes, inventory lists, supplier information, and employee records.
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between the culinary department and other hotel departments, as well as external partners, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and coordination of culinary events, promotions, and special functions within the hotel.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Entering data into computer systems, generating reports, and providing relevant information to management as needed.
  • Maintaining Work Environment: Ensuring the kitchen and culinary office areas are organized, clean, and wellmaintained.
  • Assistance to Chefs: Providing support to the chefs in tasks like recipe preparation, sourcing ingredients, and coordinating kitchen operations
