    Responsibilities:
    • Complete/participatein civil engineering project design asneeded
    • Mentor/trainengineering designstaff
    • Frequent contactwith clients including responding directly to client requests andreferring clients to appropriate manager whenneeded
    • Assistwith marketing efforts including attending industryevents
    • Assistwith business development, including preparing proposals andparticipating in projectinterviews

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor sdegree in CivilEngineering
    • 10+years of design and project management experience for municipal andgeneral civilprojects
    • PELicense
    • Experiencereading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals,professional journals, technical procedures, or governmentregulations
    • Experiencewriting reports, business correspondence, andproposals
    • Abilityto work in a team environment and attendconferences
