    Description

    This is a key role of high importance in terms of representing and promoting the Insignia brand of exclusive premium financial services and luxury lifestyle management products for UHNW clients and businesses in the GCC Region. The role's major goals will include the following challenges: building and developing a sales strategy ensuring constant sales volume increase and creating organizational structure for a productive sales environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a key representative of the company in Dubai, working with international clients based in UAE, and also clients overseas.
    • Represent and promote the company's name and business internationally across financial and luxury services.
    • Build, train and motivate a team of Sales Managers.
    • Ensure the team's KPI's are met on a quarterly basis.
    • Responsible for sales of the company's products in Dubai in line with individual sales target.
    • Create a strong client portfolio in terms of quantity and quality.
    • Contribute to develop and implement a sales model/concept in your allotted region as part of the International Sales activities and Plans.
    • Elaborate sales and marketing approach for the region and develop sales channels in liaison with the International Sales and Marketing teams.
    • Develop relationships with corporate partners and sales agents globally.
    • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
    • Participate in modernization and development of the Company's products for your allotted region.
    • Act as a representative of the brand at various events.

    Professional Requirements:

    • Proven track record of sales origination and closure.
    • 7+ years leading a successful sales team.
    • Strong links with luxury and/or financial markets.
    • Strong experience leading, and training a team.
    • Track record of exceeding KPI's.
    • Must be a leader.
    • Knowledgeable on card services and also lifestyle services.
    • Fluent English is a must, an additional language is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and people management skills.
    • Self-driven, ambitious, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit with proven success working within a target driven environment.
    • Comfortable to negotiate at all levels.
    • Proven track record in dealing and working with HNW and UHNW clients is essential.
