Description
Offer assistance to the individual needs and requests.

  • Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system and serve them as recommended by the VIP Family member's and guest.
  • Making menu item recommendations.
  • Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality.
  • Ensure VIP Family and guest needs are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain VIP Family members and guest confidentiality at all times.

Working Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English communication, Arabic speaking is a plus.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
  • Knowledge of foodservice regulations and proper food handling procedures

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
