    Description
    • Foster the development and growthof Amazon employees (i.e., mentoring, teaching,etc.).
    • Implement and execute training programsfor associates, managers, trainers and others (i.e., participatingin and conducting needs analysis, skills development classes,cross-training, etc.).
    • Facilitate orientationand training classes; communicate policies and procedures tomanagers and new employees as needed.
    • Ensurethat the Learning Department creates/updates accurate and usefulinformation for Training schools, PMVs, SJIs, and other trainingaids/visuals.
    • Actively seek, clarify andunderstand information from Operations and Area Managers that leadsto an understanding and ownership of Trans performance goals andrequired YOY improvements. Provide training assistance wherenecessary in order to achieve these goals. Fully understandworkflow, daily production goals and reports used to drive thebusiness.
    • React quickly and efficiently toproduction imperatives, scheduling conflicts and network-wide rollouts.
    • Ensure and drive best practicesstandardization across all departments andsites.
    • Ensure network standard trainingprograms are implemented and consistently utilized as required inthe fulfillment center.
    • Own a COP (Communitiesof practice) team, and lead regionalimprovements.
