    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Beverly Hills Beauty Salon The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. As the receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing salon appointments, coordinating client requests, and ensuring a smooth salon operation.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Relations:

    · Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

    · Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and offering information on salon services and products.

    · Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.

    Appointment Management:

    · Efficiently manage the appointment calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimizing wait times for clients.

    · Confirm appointments and provide reminders to clients as needed.

    · Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests professionally.

    Phone and Email Communication:

    · Answer incoming calls promptly and assist callers with their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member.

    · Respond to email inquiries and salon-related correspondence in a timely manner.

    Payment Processing:

    · Collect payments for salon services and products, accurately process transactions, and provide receipts.

    · Maintain cash register and reconcile daily transactions.

    Inventory Management:

    · Monitor and replenish salon product inventory as needed.

    · Assist with retail sales and product recommendations to clients.

    Administrative Support:

    · Assist salon staff with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.

    · Ensure the reception area and waiting area are clean and organized at all times.

    Qualifications:

    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Friendly and welcoming personality.

    · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    · Proficient in using salon management software (e.g., appointment scheduling software).

    · Basic knowledge of beauty and wellness services and products (preferred but not required).

    · Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.
