Requirements:


  • Responsible for total facility management services including cleaning MEP and building services, concierge, and administration.
  • Responsible for supervising multidisciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance.
  • Manage all building facilities operation & maintenance activities by overseeing both hard and soft facilities services.
  • To ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • To overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
  • To inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained.
  • To manage excellent relationships with clients, suppliers and other partners.
  • To support the development of business wide FM initiative including cost reduction, strategies, contract management plan and customer improvement plan.
  • To establish and maintain the PPM schedule, contract management plan, training plan, succession plan and all associated health and safety.
  • Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and others concerning equipment operations or maintenance.
  • Prepares & submits routine and special reports such as maintenance schedules, operational & incident reports, technical reports, volume of activity etc.


  • Carry out daily

  • Monthly inspection around the building areas and services
  • To take appropriate actions, work/ activities carried out in case of HSEQ violations and unsafe acts.
  • To monitor emergency preparedness/ evacuation

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven 57 years experience in the Total Facility Management industry.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Arabic.
  • Technical skills supported by necessary software skills.
  • People skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
