Job Title: Senior ProjectEngineer (Site)

JobDescription:We are currently seeking a highlyskilled Senior Project Engineer (Site) with extensive experienceranging from 7 to 10 years in the Fabrication Oil and Gas field.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in MechanicalEngineering or a Diploma in Engineering. The role demandsproficiency in project management design documentation and strongleadership capabilities to ensure successful project executionwithin the designatedsite.

Responsibilities:

1. ProjectManagement and Supervision: Lead and oversee allaspects of project execution onsite including planning schedulingbudgeting and resource allocation. Provide guidance and directionto project teams to ensure adherence to project timelines andquality standards.
2. Design andDocumentation: Collaborate with design teams todevelop detailed engineering designs and specifications. Ensureaccuracy and completeness of project documentation includingdrawings technical specifications and other relevantdocuments.
3. Teamwork andPlanning: Foster a collaborative working environmentand promote effective teamwork among project teams. Developcomprehensive project plans and schedules identifying criticalmilestones and deliverables. Coordinate with internal and externalstakeholders to align project objectives andpriorities.
4. Analysis andImplementation: Conduct technical analysis andfeasibility studies to evaluate project requirements andconstraints. Propose innovative solutions and strategies tooptimize project performance and mitigate risks. Implement bestpractices and industry standards to ensure quality and safety inproject execution.
5. Planning andEffective Utilization of Resources: Strategicallyplan and allocate resources including manpower machinery methodsand materials to optimize project efficiency and costeffectiveness.Monitor resource utilization and productivity levels identifyingareas for improvement and implementing corrective actions asnecessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Diploma inEngineering.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in theFabrication Oil and Gas field with a strong background in projectmanagement and site supervision.
• Proficiency inproject management tools andsoftware.
• Excellent leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to motivate and inspireproject teams.
• Strong problemsolving andanalytical abilities with a focus on delivering practical andinnovative solutions.
• Thorough understanding ofengineering principles design standards and regulatory requirementsin the Oil and Gas industry.
• Proven trackrecord of successfully managing largescale projects within budgetand scheduleconstraints.
