Job Description: As aSenior Investment Advisor you will play a pivotal role infacilitating real estate transactions and providing expert guidanceto clients. This role shall be reporting to the Head of Sales youshall also have the freedom of working across both secondary andoffplan sales. Responsibilities: Property Listings: Compiledetailed property listings including location features and pricing.Client Acquisition: Proactively identify potential clientsincluding property owners looking to sell and individuals orbusinesses seeking to buy or lease property. Market Analysis: Stayupdated on local real estate market trends prices and developments.Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurateand current information. Client Consultation: Consult with clientsto understand their needs preferences and budget constraints. Offerguidance on market conditions pricing strategies and financingoptions. Property/Project Viewings: Coordinate and conduct propertyviewings and developer sales center visits for potential buyers.Showcase property features and benefits to assist clients in makinginformed decisions. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations betweenbuyers and sellers striving to achieve mutually beneficial terms.Mediate any disputes or concerns that may arise during thetransaction process. Documentation: Prepare and review legaldocuments including sales agreements lease contracts and otherpaperwork. Ensure all documentation complies with local regulationsand laws. Market Promotion: Develop and implement marketingstrategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers ortenants. Utilize online and offline channels to maximize propertyexposure. Networking: Establish and nurture a network of contactswithin the real estate industry including developers brokers andrelated professionals. Client Followup: Provide ongoing support andcommunication to clients throughout the transaction process.Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure clientsatisfaction. Compliance: Stay informed about real estate lawsregulations and industry standards in Dubai. Ensure compliance withlegal and ethical standards in all transactions.     Requirements
    • Proven track record in real estate sales with a minimumof X years of experience. Strong negotiation skills and the abilityto mediate conflicts effectively. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Indepth knowledge of the Dubai real estatemarket and relevant regulations. Proficiency in preparing andreviewing legal documents. Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain a network of industry contacts. Bachelors degree in arelevant field (preferred). Valid real estate license in Dubai(preferred).
