    Your Role: The Executive Business Support will communicate with people (at all levels) in a fast-paced setting, often under pressure, while being adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. 

    The role will manage the Group CMO''s time and schedule while providing administrative and communication assistance. 

    Your Responsibilities:

    · Create and deliver a proactive, innovative candidate sourcing strategy.

    · Proactively update calendars, develop agendas, and provide meeting assistance.

    · Manage the COI's travel arrangements, visas, and monthly cost claims.

    · Correspond on behalf of the COI on routine business concerns as needed, and oversee the COI's appointment schedule, meeting scheduling, and communications.

    · Assist the wider R&D and Innovation leaders/team within the business by communicating with and supporting Innovation Center personnel on topics requiring local policy review, compliance, and so on.

    · Prepare presentations, organization structures and other sensitive documents necessary for Board meetings, NRC AOP, etc.

    · Build strong customer connections with external suppliers as needed, handle contracts, process bills, and keep track of retainer agreements.

    · Monitor program and project status by communicating with program leaders and project managers to ensure timely reporting.

    · Coordinate and schedule interviews and team meetings with prospective applicants, as well as the maintenance of a database of their papers.

    Education & Experience:

    · Bachelor's in business administration or any relevant field.

    · 3 to 5 years of experience working in a business support role.

    · Prior work experience in healthcare sector preferred.
