Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company and its clients.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our business practices and operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the company and its clients on a wide range of legal matters
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Advise on legal risks and potential liabilities associated with business decisions and operations
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, settlements, and litigation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all areas of the business
• Keep uptodate with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters as needed
• Maintain and update legal documentation and records
• Handle any other legal matters as assigned by the company's management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is required
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
• Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
