    Description
    • To attend and handle all guestrequests received for internal services, as per the hotel standardsand procedures.
    • Conducts daily briefing forRoom Attendants
    • Conducts daily inspection ofemployee grooming.
    • Inspects all guest rooms,corridors and pantries on a daily basis to ensure highest standardof cleanliness.
    • Conducts on the job trainingfor all Room Attendants.
    • Maintains effectiveemployee relations.
    • Checks and maintainsequipment and machines used.
    • Prepares joborders and co-ordinate with Engineering for followup.
    • Ensure special attention given to VIProoms.
    • Report any sick, irregular guest, andany stranger on guest corridors to the Housekeeper, Security Officeimmediately.
    • Proper handover and take over ofthe incoming and out going shifts to be handledwell.
    • Report all Lost & Found items toHousekeeping.
    • Prepare discrepancy report forthe front office.
    • Prepare inventory for roomlinen.
    • Notify Housekeeper any damage caused byguest.
    • Check and follow all maintenance reportIf the work is incomplete.
    • Waters and changesall flowers as per schedulerequirement.
    • Ensures that all flowerarrangements look pleasant before the delivery to therooms.
    • While inspecting guest rooms and otherarea there should be eye for detail.
    • To respectkey handling procedures.

    Your Experience AndSkills Include

    • Minimum of 2-3 years'experience in 5* hotel.
    • Experience in the GCCand/or Middle East Region is a plus.
    • Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbalrequired.
