- Abilityto read and interpretblueprints.
- Assisting supervisorswith structural design planning layout andinstallation.
- Conduct repair workand installation of doors windows drywall cabinets stairs and otherfixtures as required.
- Ability toassess the quality of woodwork andmaterials.
- Ability to operate toolsmachines and otherequipment.
- Compliance with localbuilding codes and health and safetyregulations.
- Provide excellentcustomer service.
- Ability to standfor prolonged periods climb pull and lift heavyobjects.
- Highschool diploma.
- Completion of arecognized apprenticeship or a minimum of 4 years experience as ajourneylevel carpenter.
- Additionalcertification may be required.
- Goodcommunication skills.
- Physically fitwith good handeyecoordination.
- Knowledge ofmathematics.
