GPResponsibilities

• Providingskilled health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services(including contraception) topatients
  
• Orderingdiagnostic tests as needed, checking and informing patients ofresults in a timelymanner
  
• Referringpatients appropriately to other providers if their needs exceed therange of care you are able toprovide
  
• Consultingand collaborating with colleagues to provide optimalcare
  
• Documentingall care provided and education/information given to patientswithin their health record, as per professional and companystandards
  
• Providingcare off-site (house calls) when this is in a patient s bestinterest or when this improves access for a group of patients
