About the Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant IT compliance regulations, standards, and frameworks.
Establish and maintain an IT compliance program, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Collaborate with legal and IT teams to develop and update IT policies and procedures.
Communicate policies clearly to all relevant stakeholders and ensure widespread understanding and adherence.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential IT compliance risks and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure continuous improvement.
Coordinate and manage regular internal and external IT audits.
Monitor and report on compliance issues, ensuring prompt resolution of identified deficiencies.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are wellinformed about IT compliance requirements.
Foster a culture of compliance awareness throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain an incident response plan for IT compliance breaches.
Lead investigations into any potential breaches and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Work closely with IT teams, legal, and other departments to integrate compliance requirements into IT processes and projects.

Skills & Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) are preferred.
Proven experience (6 years) in IT compliance management, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
Indepth knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead compliance initiatives.
