PURPOSE OF THEROLE::

As a Civil Engineer FacadeSpecialist you will play a crucial role in the design and executionof facade projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinaryteam to develop innovative facade solutions that meet our clientsaesthetic functional and sustainability goals. This positionrequires a blend of creativity technical proficiency and projectmanagement skills.

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designand engineer highperformance facade systems considering structuralintegrity thermal performance material specification andsustainability.
• Use software tools forstructural analysis thermal modeling and facadedesign.
• Collaborate with architects structuralengineers and project managers to integrate facade solutions intooverall building design.
• Prepare technicaldrawings specifications and constructiondocuments.
• Conduct site inspections and facadecondition assessments.
• Provide technicalguidance during the construction phase to ensure compliance withdesign specifications.
• Stay updated with thelatest trends and technologies in facade engineering andsustainability.

KEYSKILLS:

• Bachelors orMasters degree in Civil Engineering Architectural Engineering or arelated field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experiencein facade design and engineering.
• Proficiencyin facade engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD Rhino RevitANSYS).
• Strong understanding of buildingphysics materials science and structuralmechanics.
• Experience with sustainable buildingpractices and certifications (e.g. LEEDBREEAM).
• Excellent communication and projectmanagement skills.
• Ability to workcollaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamenvironment.
