Note:
Applicant must be flexible. Working hours may vary during exhibitions. Ramadan timings require split shifts.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 45+ years of experience in the industry fashion/apparel industry
  • Retail/wholesale background in fashion and/or consumer goods
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with customers resulting in loyalty.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good sense of style.
  • An awareness of cultural differences, especially with international customers
  • The ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting relationships with customers resulting in loyalty.
  • Numerate with strong computer literacy, particularly on Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent eye for detail; strong organizational skills including the ability to work to stringent deadlines.

  • Have high levels of patience and perseverance to deal with difficult clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to all social media requests on a timely manner.
  • Analyze weakness and strengths in social media and aim to strengthen customer interaction in the different channels.i.e Instagram, snapchat, facebook, twitter.
  • Recommend all the styles that should be advertised to management based on social media audience likes, views and popularity.
  • Develop different sales and marketing campaigns and work closely with social media executive to maximize sales.
  • Incorporate different marketing campaigns to the website such as bloggers affiliate, referral program based on needs & demands.
  • Plan and style different shoots when required to create content in coordination with social media executive.
  • Develop the private viewing service (home service) to a different level which will
    require working beyond working hours if required by the client. Focus on high spenders and returning customers and approach for home service.
  • Monitor & send weekly sales reports from stores and create and full analyzed monthly, quarterly and annually sales with top best sellers, top selling price, styles, to be able to re inject to design process.
  • Present clients with the most detailed product information they can, to ensure customers are satisfied with their items.
  • Build and grow client base by focusing on strategic selling techniques and communicating proactively with existing and potential customers.
  • Be the point of contact with all online outlets and physical outlets.
  • Visit outlet and check inventory, displays and missing best sellers, aim to grow sales in the outlets through replenishing based on demand.
  • Conduct manual inventory & keep a strong record of all internal and external inventory and maintain an efficient inventory system, also maintain the cleanliness & orderliness of stocks
  • Cross check all items online and ensure that stocks are updated in our website and other online platforms.
  • Keep & file all important records in hard & soft copy
  • Keep website update with all the latest collections, product description and size charts.
  • Follow up with production deadlines of clients and outlets.
  • Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to assure repeat business.
  • Create customer satisfaction surveys and present to management analysis reports to inject back to production, design and service.
  • Be recognized as a trend and style expert and demonstrate 'Know Your Stuff'
  • Manage your time and tasks effectively, putting the needs of clients first to deliver an elevated service experience.
  • Deliver the personal shopping vision in order to drive the business forward.
  • Keep up to date with what's happening on the Brand and the latest trends and product.
  • Cross and up sell at every opportunity, ensuring that personal sales targets are exceeded and supporting sell thru of slower selling styles.
  • Manage waiting lists for forthcoming arrivals and soldout items.
  • Communicate customer demand to buying teams, staying up to date on best and slow selling products.
  • Spot opportunities to improve how the department operates.
  • Effectively follow all client transactions to minimize cash and product losses.
