Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Proficient in conducting different types of interviews, such as behavioral and competencybased interviews.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a strong focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

Salary:
AED4,500.00 per month
