The Client Solutions team builds scalable, long-term partnerships by delivering best-in-class campaign services and addressing the unique challenges of direct clients and agencies.
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and consultant, combining deep product expertise with critical thinking and analytical acumen to drive client success across TikTok's suite of advertising solutions.
The team consists of digital marketing experts who proactively shape clients' growth strategies, including upsells, renewals, and reactivations.We are trusted advisors who connect key stakeholders, inspire innovation through insights, and foster collaboration that leads to measurable business outcomes and enduring client relationships.
Success in this role requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe Client Solutions Manager – Retail & Ecommerce is an expert in TikTok's performance and branding advertisement products for key clients in industries such as marketplaces, fashion, electronics, furniture, beauty, price comparison sites, and quick commerce apps.
Acts as a strategic partner to advertisers, supporting them across the full funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring scalable campaign execution, robust measurement frameworks, and actionable insights that drive sales and long-term growth.
Collaborates with Client Partners to design end-to-end strategies, manage campaign operations, and optimize performance across web and app channels.Requires strong understanding of web and app tracking, campaign optimizations, A/B testing, and measurement setup.
This is a 1-year contractual job (fixed-term employment for 12 months).
Responsibilities
Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Retail & Ecommerce vertical advertisers.
Support and work closely with Client Partners on pre-sale research and pitch, focusing on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
Create and optimize client ad strategies using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, performance, and consideration products.
Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis.Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve advertising offerings.
Conduct regular and strategic business reviews, taking a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients in collaboration with various internal teams.
Keep accurate records of pending and active campaign plans, maintaining campaign schedules and ad inventory availability.Act as a product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas, build team-level expertise, and actively promote cross-regional/functional exchange and collaboration.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development.
Collaborate with creative teams to provide Retail & Ecommerce clients with creative solutions support, including creative insights and strategies.Work closely with measurement partners and advertisers to develop a solid understanding of how advertisers measure success and help them understand the true value of TikTok.
Build trusting relationships and robust communication with external client and agency teams to ensure sustained growth of accounts.Cooperate with the ad policy team to ensure clients and team are kept up to date on any policy changes and receive all necessary support.
Take responsibility for campaign setup checks, performance monitoring, and optimization suggestions for every client in the book of business.Drive and facilitate the adoption of Pixels, MMPs, TikTok Shop where applicable.
Prepare narratives, workshops, and business reviews to educate and upskill clients in charting the way forward.
Share client/market/vertical learnings and knowledge across Client Solutions Teams and beyond, through case studies or other ad hoc sharing.
Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution, and ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate.
Cooperate with the Organic team to help clients enhance organic presence to complement paid activities.Gather, analyze, and present data alongside insights and actionable next steps as part of post-campaign reporting or account audits.
Prioritize tasks by urgency level and impact in alignment with Client Partners.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media side.
Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing with a passion for social media, content platforms, and Retail & Ecommerce industries.
Proactive attitude and consultative sales skills with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
Practical and sophisticated hands-on experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement, and using major app tracking tools like MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and web tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture).
Proficient in English and Turkish (will be working with Turkish-speaking clients).Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus.
Sales-oriented mindset with strong account management skills and experience.
Good technical understanding of digital marketing technologies, integrations, and infrastructure, with the ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with App, CPAS, Shopping Ads, and broader e-commerce marketing.Proven ability to manage revenue-bearing responsibilities, targets, and strategic program development to drive education and product adoption.
