- Plan, organize & support theend to end logistics process of the Global Leadership Programs inAsia Pacific countries
- Manage the e-learningplatform, digital courses development/utilization &self-learning promotion
- Administer the LearningManagement System
- Responsible for alllearning-related projects/assignments
- Handlethe Training Sponsorship Program
- Monitor thelearning budgets across APAC
- Collaborate withexternal facilitators/vendors for the provision of the trainingservices
- Take ownership of the delivery of thetraining programs/projects to ensure the outcome qualityachieved
- Degree holder, minimum 5 years ofexperience in learning &development
- Previous experience in managingexternal vendors & leadership program is highlypreferred
- Good command of written and spokenEnglish and Chinese (both Putonghua & Cantonese)
- Passionate in learning/peopledevelopment
- Great attention to detail and aproven ability to analyze data, trends &technologies
- Strong planning &organization with excellent communication and interpersonalskills
- Good atmultitasking
