Arrange and structure the content of the programs to ensure they are informative, entertaining, and engaging.

Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and topics relevant to the program's target audience.
Prepare scripts and outlines for each program, ensuring smooth transitions and a cohesive flow.
Deliver engaging presentations in front of the camera, showcasing excellent communication and presentation skills.
Collaborate with the production team to plan and coordinate the visual elements, graphics, and other multimedia components of the programs.
Invite and coordinate with guests, ensuring their availability and briefing them on program expectations.
Conduct interviews and discussions with guests, fostering an engaging and informative atmosphere.
Engage with the audience in realtime during live broadcasts, responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
Manage and maintain the social media presence of the programs, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and growing the audience.
Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and audience feedback, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a presenter or host, preferably in the context of social media programs or live broadcasts.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate and engage the audience.
Comfortable being in front of the camera and presenting live content.
Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in content planning and structuring, ensuring a compelling and coherent narrative.
Ability to conduct interviews, moderate discussions, and interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner.
Familiarity with video editing tools and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
