Job Brief
We are a property management company.

We take managing properties seriously, and we are looking for our next super start in Assistant Property Manager to support the team.


You do not need to have experience in real estate, but you need to possess the below quality that we are looking for.

You must be 1) honest and reliable, 2) careful with documentation and details, 3) independent problem solver, 4) great with communication and team work, 5) take responsibility fully to complete your tasks, 6) responsive to communications at all times, 7) adaptive to different roles as the team requires, 8) can successfully sell our services to new customers, 9) aware and familiar with social media, 10) proactive in finding new solutions to improve work performance, 11) passionate at improving yourself.


Responsibilities

  • Rent out properties under our management within target and to reduce vacancies.
  • Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure tenants can move in and out on time with the right procedures and documentation.
  • Sign up new customers for our services and improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure the integrity of our operating system and documentation.
  • Handle tenants and landlords' inquiries and complaints properly and effective.
  • Can find solutions to problems.
  • Can work effectively with the team and assist the team in whichever role requires coverage.
  • Can work independently, alone or as a team.

Requirements:


  • Native (or Nativelike) English speaker
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • College diploma
  • Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
  • With UAE driver's license

Additional Preferences

  • Speaks Arabic
  • With sales/marketing experiences

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From AED3,500.00 per month

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
