    • Take charge of specific month-endactivity processes
    • Maintain Fixed Cost Registerand ensure that this is a full and accurate reflection of allcontracts in place
    • Monthly Balance SheetReconciliation
    • Preparation of the VATreconciliation and VAT return
    • Review of thehotels P&L and preparation ofadjustments
    • Preparation of the hotel monthlyfinancial reports
    • Prepare the Daily Cashjournal
    • Assist in preparation of documentationneeded by any internal/external auditor
    • Othertasks as required by business operations
