- Take charge of specific month-endactivity processes
- Maintain Fixed Cost Registerand ensure that this is a full and accurate reflection of allcontracts in place
- Monthly Balance SheetReconciliation
- Preparation of the VATreconciliation and VAT return
- Review of thehotels P&L and preparation ofadjustments
- Preparation of the hotel monthlyfinancial reports
- Prepare the Daily Cashjournal
- Assist in preparation of documentationneeded by any internal/external auditor
- Othertasks as required by business operations
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written andverbal
- Proactive and self-starter - willing tolearn and ready to challenge theprocess
- Ability to work well under pressure andeffectively handle multiple concurrent demands and appropriatelyprioritize responsibilities
- Possess the abilityto analyse large amounts of data / information efficiently andaccurately
- Ability to work cohesively withothers, both in the office and remotely with hotel TeamMembers
- Ability to learn and perform allessential job functions accurately and safely with minimal directsupervision, within initial training period after employee beginswork
- Strong Accountingknowledge

- Financial and DMS Systems knowledgeand interest in learning new systems, in particular, knowledge ofNavision and preferablyDocuware.
