TITLE:
DENTAL ASSISTANT / REGISTERED NURSE w/ DENTAL EXPERIENCE in Surgery and implants

Job responsibilities:

Prepare and provide sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, set up instrument trays, prepare materials, delivering, instruments to treatment area, positioning instruments for dentist's access (e.g., suctioning, passing instruments) and assist dentist during dental procedures.
Provide materials by selecting, mixing and placing materials on instruments and in the patient's mouth.
Prepare the patient prior in taking the xrays, before settling the patient into the place.
Assist dentist in management of medical/dental procedures and emergencies.
Make preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registration for mounting study casts.
Maintain records of Autoclave, B & D Test, Ultrasonic Daily Operation Sheet, Ultrasonic Cleaning Performance, Temperature and Humidity Log (CSSD, Treatment Room, Medical Waste Room, Refrigerator and etc.), Biological Monitoring System, Daily Sterilization Logs, Medicine Storage, List of Dental Materials/Medicine.
Ensure operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintain dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies and quality.
