- Greeting and directingcustomers
- Providing accurate information (e.g.product features, pricing and after-salesservices)
- Answering customers'questions about specificproducts/services
- Conduct price and featurecomparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sellproducts
- Ensure racks are fullystocked
- Manage returns ofmerchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail SalesRepresentatives team to provide excellent customer service(especially during peak times)
