Description
Ensure that all bar and takeaway orders are served promptly and accurately.

  • Follow company protocols for preparing beverages to uphold quality and service standards.
  • Stay informed about store promotions, services, product offerings, and takeaway menu items.
  • Keep the bar area and takeaway counter wellstocked, organized, and clean throughout shifts.
  • Handle billing and payment processing accurately for customer transactions.
  • Pay attention to evolving customer preferences and satisfaction levels, addressing special requests as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with store management and fellow staff members.
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment as necessary, completing bar checklists.
  • Possess 13 years of experience in the beverage service industry.
  • Demonstrate a background in customer service, preferably in food service.
  • Possess basic knowledge and/or experience with technical equipment.
  • Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have experience in bar service and basic cash handling.
  • Undergo essential barista training and be able to work long hours on their feet.
