Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager with a Civil Engineer certificate attested within Abu Dhabi Municipality.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

You will be a key contributor to the success of our projects in Abu Dhabi.


Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and understood.
  • Create detailed project schedules, identify resource requirements, and allocate tasks to team members.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Budget and Cost Control:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality and safety.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Ensure construction projects comply with local regulations, codes, and standards, including those set by Abu Dhabi Municipality.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to specifications and quality requirements.
  • Implement and maintain effective quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Management:

  • Build and manage a competent project team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing progress updates, and managing expectations.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement appropriate safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Valid Civil Engineer certificate attested within Abu Dhabi Municipality.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
