    Job Purpose:


    The job purpose of an Oracle Technical Consultant SCM is to oversee and manage the seamless delivery of systems, processes, or technologies within an organization.

    The primary objective is to ensure that different components can effectively work together, enabling efficient data flow, improved operational processes, and enhanced overall performance.

    The consultant is responsible for strategically planning and executing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, mitigating risks, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous improvement.

    Ultimately, the Integration Manager's goal is to facilitate successful integration initiatives that align with the organization's objectives, optimize efficiency, and contribute to overall business success.


    Design and Development Oracle Application:
    To accomplish the business goals in terms of Financial, Procurement, Property Sales, Residential & Shops leasing.

    Develop functional and technical specifications to address new/change requirements shared by business champions following the standard Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies and Industry Best Practices.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications including the creation of interactive reports, interactive grids, and function-based reports, forms, and dashboards.

    Customize and create new objects using Oracle Database design SQL PL/SQL.Render web services using Oracle Apex ORDS RESTful using table view query sent to a remote REST-enabled SQL database.

    Interpret XML and JSON-based objects to consume vertical application web services or microservices.
    Hands-on experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle JET components.
    Experience in ATP (Autonomous Database for Transaction Processing) is a plus.
    Hands-on experience on Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) Personalization/Extensions and Form Personalization.

    Minimum 6 to 10 years designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite modules including Oracle AP and Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, Inventory, Supplier lifecycle management.

    Should have experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Release 12 on a minimum of 2 implementations in the capacity of a technical lead.


    Academic:
    A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or engineering is typically required. A master's degree or additional certifications in areas such as project management or business process management can be advantageous.


    Technical:
    PMI ACP Certification will be an added benefit. TOGAF Certification will be an added benefit.


    Experience:


    Proven experience in managing Oracle development projects and initiatives, preferably in a similar role as an Oracle developer or a related position.

    Experience with integrating diverse systems, applications, and technologies within complex IT environments.

    Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies of various integration methodologies such as Application Programming Interface (API) management or service-oriented architecture (SOA) & Oracle eBusiness.

    Knowledge of industry-specific integration challenges, standards, and regulations if applicable. Create artifacts from the perspective of technology product domain and infrastructure as applicable.


    Job Description Human Resources Department:
    Provide data analysis to support new project definition/design, to troubleshoot/resolve issues with existing subject areas. Follow established standards and best practices and provide input for the improvement of those processes.


    Skills:
    Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Package, etc. Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle Apex, Oracle eBiz, OAF R12. Strong technical knowledge of integration concepts, adapters, patterns, and protocols.

    Expertise with relevant technologies and protocols such as RESTful, SOAP, XML, JSON, and messaging systems (e.g., JMS), service-oriented and Event-Driven architecture (SOA/EDA).

    Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify integration requirements, evaluate system compatibility, and troubleshoot issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various departments and levels within the organization. Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and align integration initiatives with organizational goals. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, or service providers involved in integration projects. Strong presentation skills to deliver updates, reports, and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
