Promote and sell plastic products to existing and potential customers.
Develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.


  • Previous sales experience in the plastic industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic products and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
