- Work in close coordination with theManager Trade Marketing to develop the RTM strategy document so asto implement the operating plan and strategy needed to achieve theassigned categories' business targets
- Support the Head Sales – Modern Trade and Manager– Trade Marketing in developing the short term and longterm channel sales strategy for Modern Trade customers
- Ensure daily issuance of sales tracking reports at category leveland monthly updation of targets based on aligned forecast to drivesales objectives at category level
- Maintain thecustomer master database and ensure all relevant documents liketrade license, passport copy as well as the credit limit of thecustomer are validated before entering the details in the masterdatabase
- Ensure data in the customer database isaccurate, consistent and in agreement with all the relevantstakeholders
- Create and analyse customer master datareports to study customer trends
- Coordinate with thesales team in the region and ensure employees have appropriatetraining and understanding of MIS for accuracy of the customermaster database
- Ensure annual updation of RTMdocument
- Maintain a high field capability score (FCS)by ensuring effectiveness of the various field activities andprovide suitable training to sales representatives to increase thescore
- Drive FCS across assigned markets through dailyissuance of FCS Tracker and organize monthly review sessions withsales team to track the performance on an ongoingbasis
- Ensure on-shelf availability (OSA) and issueand track reports for GT and MT at the category level
- Ensure effective coverage targets are met at a regional level,confirm that all retailers in the region are being catered to,track reports and present the same to the relevantstakeholders
- Support Manager – TradeMarketing in the development and production of promotional displaysand point of promotion across channels
