    • Identify andprospect potential sponsors and partners through research,networking, and outreach efforts.
    • Build andmaintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and exhibitors toensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Negotiatesponsorship and partnership agreements to maximize revenue andbenefits for both parties.
    • Collaborate with themarketing team to create compelling marketing materials andcampaigns to promote sponsorshipopportunities.
    • Provide excellent customerservice to sponsors, partners, and exhibitors, addressing theirneeds and inquiries promptly.
    • Track and analyzesales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness ofsponsorship and partnership initiatives and make recommendationsfor improvement.
    • Stay updated on industrytrends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities andmaintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketingwithin the events and exhibitions industry, with a focus onsponsorships and partnerships.
    • Strongnegotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build andmaintain relationships with diversestakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects andpriorities effectively.
    • Results-driven mindsetwith a proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteand CRM software.
    • Ability to work independentlyas well as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.
    • Flexibility to travel and workevenings or weekends as required for events andmeetings.
