    The General Manager holds the responsibility for overseeing the operations, strategy, and expansion of the business focused on families. This role involves creating and executing strategic plans, leading a team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content and services on the platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Online Portal that aligns with the organization's goals and mission.

    Supervise a diverse team consisting of content creators, community managers, technical staff, and marketing professionals.

    Monitor the creation, selection, and publication of relevant content covering various topics related to motherhood, parenting, health, and family well-being.

    Establish plans to enhance user engagement through activities like community building, events, forums, and interactive features.

    Identify strategies to generate revenue through advertising, partnerships, subscriptions, and e-commerce, while prioritizing a positive user experience.

    Develop marketing strategies to increase platform awareness, attract new users, and boost brand visibility.

    Establish and manage budgets to efficiently allocate resources and ensure financial sustainability.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or related field; a Master's degree is beneficial.
    • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in digital content management, online community management, or similar roles.
    • In-depth knowledge of the parenting sector, particularly in online platforms and communities.
    • Proven ability to lead teams effectively with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
    • Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
