    To enhance our team, we are currently looking for a What Awaits You?Develop, agree and implement representation strategies to support future business aspirations and to improve operational effectiveness of the regional importer and dealer network.

    Agree and drive performance to secure achievement of quarterly/ annual targets and bonuses across brand representation, customer experience and process excellence.

    Develop and steer mid and long-term dealer development plans to enable market readiness, exploitation and future sales growth.

    Lead the implementation of BMWs new customer retail concept across processes, roles and facilities towards an integrated and customer-centric retail environment (Retail NEXT).Drive the implementation of all retail-related consulting programs/activities incl.

    the RPM programme in close alignment with Sales and Aftersales Area Management.

    Steer customer satisfaction measures and actions to ensure continued improvement in customer experience, at the same time maintaining a customer-centric dealership culture.

    Implement, measure and enforce BMW Retail Operating Standards to ensure ongoing compliance including action plan implementation.
    Consult and support on the development and qualification of retail organisation through recruitment, training and retention.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with importer management.
    Support benchmarking and identification and implementation of best practices.

    What you should bring along?University degree, preferable in Business Administration and ManagementProven record of >5 years' experience within Sales or Aftersales operation, previous Area Management experience preferredComprehensive understanding of automotive retail operations and processesAbility to benchmark and identify best practices, turning insights into plans and actionsTrack-record in steering and influencing senior stakeholders and management structuresAbility to drive and effect changeWorking hours: full timeAre you looking for an exciting challenge?
