    You Baby Studio - is a baby and family photography with headquarters in Dubai, UAE operating photo studios in MENA Region. With a passion for capturing precious moments and creating lasting memories, we have become a household name in the photography industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing our human resources functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources Strategy:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Create and maintain an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
    • Conduct employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

    Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing guidance to both employees and managers.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

    Performance Management:

    • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
    • Work with managers to identify development opportunities for employees.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Create a learning and development roadmap for employees.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
    • Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.

    Legal Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
    • Handle visa and immigration-related matters for expatriate employees.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
    3. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
    4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    5. Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and provide effective HR guidance.
    6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    7. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
