    Description
    Our client is an international firm with main focus on real estate consulting services. They are looking for an Executive Assistant (native English speaker) to join their team, who can deliver a comprehensive administrative service by maintaining and enhancing relationships within different services lines in the business and externally with the clients as well as supervising and developing junior administrative assistants.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Act as a main liaison and point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
    • Assist in preparation of client specific documents such as tenders, RFPs, client registration etc.
    • Assist the senior management in daily operational tasks such as managing individual and business events calendars, scheduling internal/external meetings, drafting meeting agenda and taking meeting minutes.
    • Manage travel bookings for senior management.
    • Assisting with various business projects as necessary.
    • Maintaining and updating filing systems and ordering office supplies and equipments.
    • Manage and mentor junior members of the staff and oversee their projects before submitting to the senior management.
    • Undertake reception duties (if required) such as greeting visitors, addressing customer phone calls, email queries or help divert these to the respective departments.

    Key requirements:
    • A bachelor's degree in communication, business administration or similar.
    • 4-5 years work experience in a similar profile. Experience within real estate or construction industry is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced work environment.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
    • Detailed working knowledge of virtual meeting interface such as Zoom, Teams or Webex.
    • Excellent management and organisation skills.
    • Native English speaker only.
