    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor – MEP & Soft Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facility management (both Hard & Soft services) and strong leadership skills to manage daily operations, teams, and client interactions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil) and Soft Services (Cleaning, Waste Management, Pest Control) teams.
    • Ensure preventive & corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
    • Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure HSE compliance.
    • Coordinate with management and clients on operational updates.
    • Manage resources, manpower, and materials to ensure efficiency.
    • Prepare reports, BOQs, and support in cost estimation.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma / Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 4 years' UAE experience in a supervisory role within Facility Management.
    • Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, chillers, electrical, plumbing, and soft services.
    • Proficiency in English (spoken & written) and spoken Hindi.
    • Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
    • Proficiency in MS Office & CAFM software.
    • IOSH / HSE certification (preferred).
