Description

• Prepare LPO and coordinate with the suppliers to ensure timely receipt of material and take due care to ship them to the site/warehouse.
• Forecast the stock movement and replenish the stocks duly to avoid stockout situation.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to schedule shipping of products from the site to customers to optimize service, cost, and product flow.
• Prepare domestic and international export documentation.
• Ensure that all goods are received and shipped in a timely manner.
• Verify accuracy and resolve inventory transfer/export issues.
• Expedite the transportation of products by troubleshooting immediately when problems arise.
• Ensure that all the sub stores are adequately stocked with all the goods.
• Regularly checking the online orders and coordinate to fulfil the delivery according to the standard procedures.
• Compile and maintain accurate records.
• Ad hoc tasks, as required or as assigned.

• Procure and maintain office supplies.
• Be the central point of contact for the office requirements.
• Take ownership of the promotional equipment, material, and uniforms.
• Assist in daily accounting data entry works as and when required.

• More than 5 years of experience working in Supply Chain/Logistics in UAE, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Degree or High School Diploma required.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply chain management.
• Accounting data entry experience of at least 1 year.
• UAE Driving License.
• Fluent in English. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form.
• Experience with export/import documentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours and a willingness to assist other departments as necessary.
• Must have strong computer skills and experience working in an ERP system.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• UAE Driving license (preferred)
