    The Branch Manager plays a critical role in driving the achievement of business objectives by implementing sales strategies, fostering business development, and building long-term relationships with customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Oversight:
      • Oversight of daily branch operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
      • Monitoring staff performance and work flow to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
      • Ensuring that the branch is equipped with adequate resources to meet operational demands.
    • Sales and Business Development:
      • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch targets and grow the customer base.
      • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling bank products and services.
      • Building partnerships with local businesses to expand the branch market reach and drive business growth.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Maintaining and growing relationships with key customers.
      • Conducting regular feedback sessions to improve products and services.
      • Managing escalated customer complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
    • Team Leadership and Development:

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years in banking with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of banking operations, sales and compliance.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Good understanding of protocols and procedures to be compliant with UAE regulations and requirements.
    • Good understanding and familiarity of Islamic banking principles and governance.
