Responsibilities:


  • Interpret medical images, including Xrays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine scans, to diagnose injuries and diseases.
  • Consult with referring physicians to discuss imaging findings and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform interventional procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and imageguided therapies.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients undergoing imaging procedures.
  • Stay current with advances in radiology technology and techniques through continuing education and professional development.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
