Responsibilities:

In The Role You Will:

Work independently and hire Experience Hires for multiple industry verticals within ADL
Conduct the endtoend recruitment process for Experienced Strategy Consultants (Manager and above) from sourcing to offer stage.
Develop and nurture pipeline of local and global talent
Work closely with the Recruitment Manager in designing and implementing new initiatives to attract talent and to gain a competitive advantage at recruitment events.
